House Manga... char. concept

I know, I know. Just did this quickly, looks a bit crappy.

I thought about making a House MD manga (since I hath been a bit... obsessed lately.) And this is just a character concept for Mr. Gregory House himself. Based the expression off a sc I saw a bit ago...
